Harold is President and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Baker Gilmore & Associates Inc., where he is responsible for top-down forecasting, credit research and security selection.

Harold has 33 years of investment industry experience and has been with the firm since 2001. Prior to joining the firm, he was President & Partner at Scheer, Rowlett & Associates Investment Management Ltd and Vice President at Crown Life Investment Management.

Harold earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and Diplôme De Hautes Études Internationales, Geneva. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
